Rooms and Spaces Info for Delegates
Away from the office never felt so good
As a delegate, you’ll enjoy the natural sunlight, lush foliage and fine art that help to set the scene here at the Victoria Conference Centre.
You’ll notice that our conference space embraces our First Nations connections. The VCC has significant pieces of art — three totems, a spindle whorl and paintings — representing each of British Columbia’s First Nations and Metis people. They are located in the Totem pre-function area surrounded by lush greenery and a water fall.
Or perhaps your conference includes our historic Crystal Garden venue. Designed by famous Victoria architect Francis Rattenbury, the Crystal Garden is one of the most unique venues in Western Canada.
Fashion, jewellery, northwest coast native art, postcards and souvenirs, sweets, gourmet coffee and snacks, bicycle, scooter and car rental are available at the exclusive shops located along our street front.
It’s easy to keep in touch
The VCC and the Crystal Garden are Wi-Fi friendly, making it easy for you to connect. Ask your Meeting Planner if arrangements have been made for overall conference Wi-Fi service. Alternatively, you can make personal arrangements with Freeman Audio Visual Canada, our exclusive supplier.
We look forward to welcoming you to the VCC and to our City.
