Rooms and Spaces

Bright, airy spaces

Step inside the Victoria Conference Centre and you’ll immediately be captivated by our bright, airy spaces and welcoming atmosphere.

Look around and you’ll see that our space embraces our First Nations connections. Our fine art collection includes significant pieces representing each of British Columbia’s First Nations and Metis people.

Or perhaps you’re considering our historic Crystal Garden. Designed by famous Victoria architect Francis Rattenbury, the Crystal Garden is one of the most beautiful venues in Western Canada.

Either way, what you’re experiencing is our intimate, beautiful space. Yet, with our 73,000 square feet of multi-functional meeting space are 19 multi-purpose meeting rooms, a large exhibit hall and a 400-seat lecture theatre.

The VCC is large enough for events of up to 2,000 attendees, and the average size of the conferences we host is 450 – 1,000 delegates.

Your conference will have its own distinct design and function space requirements. We work to make the space fit your conference program. We are creative thinkers and we enjoy working closely with you to fashion the perfect venue.

Please have a look around our website and floorplans, and be in touch with any questions.

We look forward to welcoming you to the VCC and to our City.

Wi-Fi friendly

The VCC and Crystal Garden are Wi-Fi friendly, making it easy for you, your delegates and exhibitors to create connectivity.

The VCC is an eco-friendly environment. We are part of the greater Victoria region that many would claim is at the forefront of the green movement. We have been recognized and awarded by BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) as a green building with eco-friendly operations and infrastructure. Please visit or ask us for a copy of our full Environment Policy.
