We work with various local and national companies to provide exhibition move-in, transportation, customs brokerage and material handling services to exhibitors in the trade and convention industry.
All persons entering Canada must have a valid passport and may require other documentation such as visas or alien cards permitting entry. U.S. citizens or legal, permanent residents of the U.S. do not currently require a passport if travelling by land or water. Visitors should direct enquiries regarding visa requirements and valid travel documents to the Canadian embassy in their home country.
All persons entering Canada must also fill out a declaration for Canada Customs. Note: to expedite clearance of exhibit materials, Canada Customs has dedicated a unit to work with exhibitors and their customs brokers.
